A Ride in Tasméa
A parallel story in the NEOM Cycle
In the scorching expanses of Tasméa, a solitary mercenary accepts a mission with deliberately vague contours. Elira Kaen has no homeland, no cause, no scruples. She obeys only one law: the contract. As long as the pay is sufficient, nothing else matters.
Elira never asks questions. Questions slow you down. Questions get people killed.
But when the mission spirals out of control, the savannah becomes a territory saturated with speed, dust, and irreversible decisions. For Elira, only one certainty remains: the contract must be honored, whatever the cost.

The Jackal's Price
A parallel story in the NEOM Cycle
Elira Kaen travels to the Nile Pact, a technological Egypt proud of its millennial heritage.
The mission she accepts seems deceptively simple: infiltrate Neom and extract a young woman alive for a client willing to pay an outrageous price.
But Neom is a closed state, famous for being impenetrable. To get in, the mercenary must deal with an influential local mobster known as the Jackal. In return, Elira owes him a favor.
Behind the promised reward, however, lies a mission that collides with her own moral limits. For the first time, Elira realizes that the real danger may not be dying, but crossing a line you never come back from.
