1. Purpose These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) define the terms of sale and delivery of the books offered on the website by the author. Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs by the buyer. 2. Products The products offered for sale are physical books written by the author and presented on the website. Each product is described as accurately as possible. Photographs and visuals are non-contractual. 3. Prices Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included. Shipping costs are displayed before final order validation. The author reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting orders already validated. 4. Orders An order is considered final after payment validation. An order confirmation is sent by email to the address provided by the buyer. 5. Payment Payment is made online using the payment methods offered on the website. Payments are secured by the payment service providers used. Banking data is never stored by the website. 6. Delivery Books are shipped to the address indicated by the buyer at the time of ordering. Shipments are carried out within an indicative timeframe of 3 to 5 business days after payment validation. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier. The author cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier. 7. Right of withdrawal In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal. The product must be returned in perfect condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the buyer. A refund will be issued within 14 days after receipt of the return. 8. Liability The author’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.
